A Banking professional, with 20 years of experience in areas like Asset Reconstruction and Real Estate. Anuj, has experience in acquisition of stressed Asset and resolution through restructuring. he is also expert of acquisition and hard Negotiator for buying out the Non-Performing Assets from Bank & Financial Institutions and also raise funds through Bank, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARC), NBFCs, Special Situation Fund and HNIs. He has good knowledge of tackling the corporate legal matters in NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT and other courts.

Key Expertise areas include acquisitions of distress assets and turnaround of companies. Sectors he has dealt with are Hospitality, Textile, Education, Real Estate, Food, Oil, Steel, Ceramics, Infrastructure and so on.

In Asset Reconstruction, he worked with Phoenix ARC (sponsored by Kotak Bank), where he served in the acquisition side as a Vice President. Prior to joining Phoenix ARC, he worked in the Asset Reconstruction Division and the Commercial Banking Division of Kotak Bank.
